Help Network Chosen as a Member of the Preferred Care Network
Help Network of Northeast Ohio is one of ten social service organizations in Mahoning County selected to be a member of the Preferred Care Network.
The Preferred Care Network, formed by the Mahoning County Mental Health and Recovery Board (MCMHRB), comprises exclusively non-profit organizations funded by the Board that have demonstrated that they are qualified, caring and have the best interests of those they serve at heart.
The network was created to give individuals and families seeking care confidence that they’re dealing with a reputable organization with a track record they can trust.
“Individuals and families have an increasing number of choices — from both the for-profit and non-profit sectors — when it comes to agencies that provide these services,” said Duane Piccirilli, Executive Director of MCMHRB. “Our goal was to identify for the public non-profit organizations that are funded by Mahoning County levy dollars and have a proven track record of integrity and success in their fields.”
The Preferred Care Network is being promoted in a TV campaign with 11 commercials — one featuring each member organization. The commercial featuring Help Network of Northeast Ohio CEO Vince Brancaccio can be seen here.
