Vince Brancaccio

Vince Brancaccio is a seasoned leader in the field of social work and mental health services, with a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to community well-being. In 2014, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Help Hotline, Inc., a pivotal moment where he spearheaded a transformation by rebranding the agency to Help Network of Northeast Ohio in 2016. Vince’s leadership has been instrumental in managing an organization that boasts a dedicated team of over 50 full- and part-time employees.

At the helm of Help Network of Northeast Ohio, Vince takes on multifaceted responsibilities. He is actively engaged in grant writing, securing funding from various sources, including local Mental Health and Recovery Boards, the United Way, and community foundations. His involvement extends to policy and program development, as well as a commitment to quality improvement initiatives.

Before assuming his role at Help Network, Vince spent six years as the Vice President of Programming for Meridian HealthCare. Additionally, he served as the Program Director of Outpatient Satellite sites for Neil Kennedy Recovery Clinic. Vince has been contributing to the academic sphere since 2005, where he serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Youngstown State University, delivering valuable classroom instruction to undergraduate and graduate students in the School of Social Work.

Vince’s dedication to community service is further exemplified through his involvement in various committees and councils. He serves on and chairs several, including Homeless Prevention Continuums, Family and Children First Councils, Suicide Prevention Coalitions, and the AIRS State Board. As a Surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), Vince conducts administrative surveys for CARF-accredited organizations across the country.  He has also presented at a number of state and national conferences on topics such as performance improvement and clinical practices.

Since 1997, Vince has held the title of a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Supervisor, showcasing his expertise and commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the field. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Health from Youngstown State University and a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University, solidifying his academic foundation for the impactful work he continues to do in the realm of mental health and social services.
