Erica Como

Erica Como serves as the Director of Peer Support Services. She is a certified Peer Supporter with lived experience with mental illness and substance use. She leads a dynamic team of compassionate professionals at the Community Center (Youngstown) and Peer Resource and Recovery Center (East Liverpool). She manages the day-to-day operations at both centers, including development and implementation of recovery programs, staff development, community outreach/education on mental health and recovery supports. She is a tireless advocate for those affected by mental illness and substance use, serving on multiple committees and advisory boards.
